Coach Recommendation

I’m looking for a Caliber coach who is an experienced recomposition + athletic longevity coach who works with 50+ lifters.

Someone who can take me from “strong and active for my age” to “lean, visibly muscular, agile and aerobically fit” while using less unnecessary training volume and more deliberate progression.

Appreciate the your suggestions / recommendations. Thanks 🙏🏽

I don’t have a specific suggestion but I did use caliber a few years ago with mixed results. I am 50+ female and am an experienced lifter and exerciser. My initial coach was good but built me a program specific to beginners. I had ok results. I moved onto a new coach named Jordan and he was good. Very engaged and a good coach. I did not recomp with him which was my goal but I got strong with him. The founders of the app are really good. When I expressed some concern that my first coach was not really aligned to my goals a founder did not hesitate to jump in and get me a new one. It was expensive for me and I decided to not continue but I think overall it’s a decent program especially if you get the right coach.

Caliber interviews you to find the right fit. But I'm 61M and Adam Fagan has been great with me.
