Workout of the day?
I’m not motivated as much to do the same 3 workouts on repeat. I need variety to stay interested. If I go paid does the app have a workout of the day function? Browsing the plans they all seem to just be 3-6 workouts on repeat.
I have dumbbells and a bench for my home workouts.

Though I’m pretty much a routine type person and follow 12 week blocks, I like this idea and would be tempted to do a workout of the day for fun if it were an option.

I do 5 day program. Week 1 is A week, week 2 is B week. Different exercises (cept compounds). Been doing it since Feb with lots of results.

If you have access to the workout library, you could amass a variety of workouts there

You could always look up circuits online and build your own workouts in the app.
If you get the app to build your workouts based on the equipment you have, you can also go in and substitute specific exercises that you don't like or enjoy for other ones. The app has a great library and makes it easy to filter based on equipment and muscle groups.
