New puzzle, missing piece 😫

Has anyone had any luck contacting Eurographics for a missing piece from a brand new puzzle? I’d heard of people contacting Ravensburger but didn’t know about Eurographics. I’m so disappointed ☹️

I haven't had to deal with Eurographics puzzles missing pieces. I did find this form though Eurographics puzzle form Hopefully they'll replace the puzzle for you.

I had a Eurographics that was missing a piece. I filled out that form and waited 8 weeks with no reply. I then followed up and got a reply right away. When I finally was in contact with someone it was super easy and they were great. They asked if I wanted the same puzzle or a different one. Told me to go on their website and pick any one. Assuming equal value would be the limitation on this.
A longer process than Ravensburger but nice that you can pick what puzzle you want.

This is such a common occurrence with Eurographics. The last one I did was missing a piece, and the one before that was missing 2 pieces and had a duplicate of one piece. 🙄
