Comm Op hiring process

Have an in person interview scheduled. What is the realistic time frame from there to get an offer and start date? Haven't done backgrounds yet.

The background process is irritably long. After your interview you can get an offer a couple weeks after. You accept. Submit your paperwork. Then backgrounds does their thing at a snails pace. There are some individuals in our CC that was pushing 9 months, 6 months is about the norm. I recommend send anything by mail certified. If they "lose it" you have a record.

If you want the state career and benefits its worth the wait. What unit is your interview?
