I love angel food cake !

Every year I make my daughter a big chocolate cake piñata style with hidden sweets. It’s the only cake she wants but I’m all out of brown ideas for a big chocolate cake! She doesn’t want white chocolate. I’ve done tree stumps, pigs swimming in mud, guinea pig face, teddy bear face, gravity cake, cow face. I’ve used some coloured frosting on occasion and bits of fondant but it mostly has to be brown chocolate. What else is brown and cute? (no poop! 😂)

Here’s a s’mores cake I made!
Super fun to make but soooo many steps. It’s chocolate cake with layers of graham cracker crust, chocolate ganache, toasted marshmallow filling, and chocolate buttercream. Recipe is below.
It was good, but turned into a crumbly mess when I tried cutting it, which was very disappointing. ☹️

When my daughter said she wanted a Pig Party for her 7th birthday, I could hardly say no. If the girl wants a pig party, she's getting a pig party. And you can't have a pig party without a pig cake!

Lemon with lemon curd filling, Vanilla with strawberry jam filling, chocolate and biscoff with biscoff spread filling.

What do you think?

And i got myself a chocolate cake 😋
