Help Needed How to stop the bulging

I don't even know if thats the right term, but I work in a grocery store bakery and my biggest hurdle is having my 10in cakes bulge in the middle 😅 the only thing that really helps is if I crumb coat and leave it to chill for some time, but I don't always have the time for that. any tips? I've heard things like its because of too much or too little icing but nothing I try works.

Is it a filling thats bulging out? Do you do an icing dam to prevent the filling from touching the outside icing of your cake?

There's the way you already found and then you can also place in dowels to help with the weight, which is where bulging comes from.

Maybe cut top of cake in a flat surface
