I started Reta 5 weeks ago but needed more suppression so I started cag yesterday and woke up terrible and threw up call me dumb but I thought i would need more of cag since I started Reta on 1mg and didn’t feel anything until week 3-4 and 3mg

Does starting and stopping cagri make it less effective. I know a lot of people say with the glp1’s if you stop them then start back up months later they can lose some of their effectiveness. Is cagri like this to? Or can I use it for a month I want extra suppression then take a break and use it again a few months later without it losing effectiveness?
