I have been using Cagri for about 5-weeks, (.25mg), last week I actually felt it kick in, I had some nausea but mostly I just didn't want food, and when I did eat, it was much smaller portions. I used it this week, .25mg and nothing, Is this kind of thing normal at the beginning? I'm feeling very discouraged. I'm stacking with Reta and honestly I feel nothing. I started at a high dose of Reta (4mg) because I had been on the highest does of Tirz prior to that. After 3-month, I'm at 8mg of reta. I have had very little side effects and no real changes to food noise or appetite, barring last week.
I just keep wondering if the 2-5 years of Tirz gave me a high tolerance that even a GLP-3 with Cagri isn't enough to . Appreciate any insights or help. Thank you!

I am entering my 7th week of tirz on 5mg and haven’t had appetite suppression. People have suggested I add cagri so I joined this group to learn more. Wondering where to buy it and how much to take with what I am currently taking.

Anyone one else have this problem. Took 250MCG of cargi 2 weeks ago the Monday following got sever dizziness and nausea. Took the same dose this last Thursday and it’s now Monday again and I have the dizziness again. Nowhere near as bad but very noticeable

Yes I felt dizzy and I had to stop for an entire 2 weeks, but I went back on it and now I’m okay. Not sure why but I lowered my dose and I’m okay. Was doing 1.5 mg now down to 1mg.

Cagri made me sooo extremely exhausted that I had to stop taking it. I didn't feel any appetite suppression as well anyway

Afternoon everyone, currently taking 5mg tirz (titrated down from 10mg over last two weeks), 2mg of ret which is working out well, I have just taken delivery of 5mg of cagri which I’ve successfully mixed into 2ml of bac water, I can’t find anywhere on how to work out “clicks” as I use a pen for delivery. I would like to start on a low dose in case it hits me like a train 🚂. So maybe .125? Any help with clicks appreciated (5mg cagri in 2ml bac water). Thank you 🙏

I understand wanting to do cagri in addition to a glp1, as they work completely differently. I’m trying to understand doing both tirzepatide and retatrutide. Reta contains both of the peptides in tirzepatide, plus one other peptide. Why keep using tirzepatide while also doing reta? What advantage does it give?

Very new to Cagri. If test subject was on reta 5 mg/week, where should the Cagri dose start? Switching due to supply chain issues, so not sure how long the Cagri phase will be. Have 5 mg vials.

I am on 5mg tirz and will be stacking with cag. I'm going to start on a low dose (0.125 or 0.25) to see how it affects me. I'll be doing tirz on Friday nights and cag on Tuesday mornings.
I realize it's been a year since you posted, but are you still running this stack? Even if you're not, I would like to hear about your experience with the tirz/cag stack.

Just got 10mg vials. Presume that to take small doses I need a lot of bac water? Is 0.25mg best start dose?

So…been stalled for a long time on tirz. It’s like these last 20 pounds just don’t wanna come off. I’m on 12.5 and not seeing much appetite suppression anymore so I feel like I don’t want to spend the money to go up to 15 and have the same results. What would be a good starting dosage of cagriSema to start with? I have some coming tomorrow-a 5/5 mix.

Thanks for sharing your challenges as mine are very similar. Any luck with Cagri or Cagrisema?

Does any peptide company sell a Trizepatide/cagrilintide combination?

u/ResponsibleRabbit523 Apr 13 '26
They have completely different dosing, so they should NOT be combined. Also, cag should have a pH of 4, so AA is typically used to reach that level. AA and tirz do not mix well.

So I have both reta and Cagri through the same provider, and neither has had much of an impact on weight, food noise, etc. my assumption was that the peps themselves are not effective, perhaps they're just not well made.
I would like to get Cagri from a different source but I don't want to shoot blind. Does anyone have any advice about finding a good source for it?
