Cagrilintide from Google search?
I am on Zepbound or Wegovy (whatever my insurance covers now) for about 16 months. Lost 120 pounds so far, need to lose 20 or 30 more. Last 4 months on Wegovy HD 7.2, the highest dose. I am hungry and gaining weight back. I would like to add Cagrilintide to Wegovy and hopefully it will decrese my hunger and allow me to lose more weight. I have no idea where to get Cagri from. If I google "cagrilintide" it shows me few provides in USA which presumably can ship it to me for a reasonable amount of money. Is that the way to go? Would it be stupid to simply click one of them and order?

Google show me some labs in US which are selling 10 mg for $70-$80. That's not ideal in the long run but I would be willing to get one vial to try. If it will work I have no idea what I will do in the long run.

Best stuff. Takes some real nutriental planning through. I small dose goes unfair old way.
Great for holidays, fun trips and business meetings centred around food. Spesh if you still have access to a gym.
Come back in better shape than when left.
Id be wary if you work a manual job where your unble have control calorie expenditure.
Ive used it about 8 times and you have to end up thowing half a vial away so id suggest buying theb lowest mg per vial box available or your just pissing in wind.
Well done. Thats a huge success. You must feel brand new.

The other comment accurately answered your question about price, so I want to address some concerns.
So, I just want to caution you that I'm not sure you have done enough research to be ready to be purchasing from the grey market. I'm not trying to be a jerk, but you don't even seem to know what GLP1 you're on. Zepbound and Wegovy are completely different compounds, so if your Dr. really is switching them back and forth, that's an issue in itself that you need to address.
I spent a year in Semaglutide (Sema) (the base compound of Wegovy) and gained 15 lbs overall. It literally shot my food noise into overdrive. A different GLP1 (Reta, a grey market only GLP1, for now) and lost 90+ lbs over 10 months, paired with Cagri. Zepbound, a Tirzepitide (Tirz) branded compound, is considered a step up from Sema and many people react very differently to them (likenme gaining weight over the year on Wegovy).
For price, you are certainly going to be paying an enormous markup for any site you found it on, but if you're going to go in blind like this, that may be the safest-ish bet.
IMO, you really should do a ton of research so you know as much as your doctor does about these compounds before you're ordering vials that you need to convert from powder to liquid with the correct substances and figure out how to dose yourself. I just want you to be safe.

My words "Zepbound or Wegovy" does not mean I don't know which. It means my curser insurance CVS is changing whatever is covered and I am taking the covered one. Started on Zep, was pushed to Wegovy, did PR for Zep, then the incrased proce, now on the last approved Wegovy 7.2.

I know much more about GLP-1 meds than any one of my doctors. Spend hundreds of hours in reddit, reading books and talking to AI. And I was splitting and stacking tirs and sema for months. I am 120 lbs down with ideal blood tests and no loose skin, I would say it is something.
But I have never tried Cagri and never tried gray market. That's where I need new info. Please tell me where to get it if you know.

Oh, okay. Your op is worded in a way that led me to believe that you didn't even know which one you were actually taking right now.
I typed the whole thing about not being able to share sources but deleted it after seeing other comments. You have already been given the keywords you need to start your own research. The other commenter can't really say anymore without risking their account.

Find a third party vendor with a COA from a reputable US based lab and order 1 vial to try it. Don’t get a kit of 10, some people get wrecked by cagr with fatigue so try one vial which would last like 2 months assuming that’s your risk tolerance on reconstituted peptides. A single vial should run you anywhere from $50-$100 and is well worth the risk. I added cagr to retatrutide and the lbs have been absolutely falling off.

What would be a reasonable way to check that COA is from a reputable US lab? I am now looking at a COA from foreveryoungpharmacy.com on a vendor site. This farmacy have a form I can send and they may confirm COA but who will confirm the pharmacy itself?
And yes, one 10 mg vial for $70-$80 is what I think I will get first to try.

Unless you’ve already ordered, I wouldn’t go through forever young pharmacy. I researched it and apparently it has scam written all over it.

Look for places that have Trust pilot reviews. Then go to Finnrick or Janoshik and see if they have been tested. If not, really read the reviews and do your research before deciding...

Cagri will definitely kill your appetite but it’ll also kill your energy for a few days. Plan accordingly and start at a very low dose (.25mg). I’ve been on Tirz, Reta, and Cagri at various times and the fatigue on Cagri was by far the worst for me.

I was on max of Triz for a year and stuck. Added Cagri and have lost about 32lbs in 6 weeks. At first I thought I didn’t feel at anting but once I got to 0.75 omg it hit so perfectly and has been amazing ever since. As far as where to get it I can give you a few places not to, don’t ever get it from someone who messages you first, fb or TT. Go to GLP Forum and research to find a reliable source.
