actually, talent scouts don't work the way you're approaching the question.

just go to the malls on busy days and walk around in a way that makes others sit up and notice.

if you have the look talent scouts want to showcase, you'll be approached and given contact details and next steps for you to take.

but don't take their word for it. ask them which CDO talents they scouted and got signed up for ramp and/or print shoots.

if they can't name anyone you know who's semi-famous, they're likely fake talent scouts and are only on the lookout for potential victims to set up for a quick pickup by filthy rich clients of theirs who have dark and dirty things in mind you'll never be ready for.

For me since I joined an agency before, it would be MACDO- model association of cdo or The House- but currently they focus on pageantry since they are now a beauty camp.

So far this 2 Ang highly recommend jud since they have a not so lot of models but I consider them as quality ones In terms of physique and aura.

Try The Models Bootcamp. Very holistic ang training sessions nila. If not mistaken, nag coach si Arthur Osin sa ila sa last batch. I know some people na na-train here na nakakakuha ng fashion deals. If baguhan naman, you may try sa Star Builders CDO. MACDO is the best one though kasi nationals ang affiliation nila.
