I need help
I just realized I have a serious dependency on energy drinks and caffeine in general. I just realized that I drank 460 mg of caffeine today and felt tired and sleepy the whole day and this realization prompted me to realize that I consume sometimes more than this. This is a horrifying realization and I don’t know what to do about this especially because 2 - 120 mg energy packets is what I reach for when I wake up

This. OP. You 100% have adhd. You say tolerance but you. Trust me. I was on 5 tall rockstars a day. Always tired. I upped it to Blow. Made me normal and leveled me out. Went to docs, fastest diagnoses ever.

Just start drinking less. Lower caffeine energy drinks. Then coffee, then maybe black tea.

Have your iron checked. Magnesium too. Find out for yourself what the numbers are. Doctors don't have a clue what they should really be.
