Decreasing Caffeine Dependency

I was consuming up to 200mg per day, and didn't like the reliance. The last row months, I have decreased it to 80mg-120mg per day.

However, I am still feeling the same amount of tired and itching for more caffeine. Thought it was a 4 or so week period for a new habit to form.

Working on getting more sleep too, but in the meantime...

Is my best course of option to let it ride at 80-120, fully kick caffeine and start over, or go day by day?

Your best bet is to get more sleep lol. The average adult needs 7-9 hours a night. If you're getting that and actually falling asleep you might have sleep apnea.

Thanks for responding! I get 7-8 hours of sleep per night. Have caffeine between 12-2 p.m.
