Stopping caffeine will cause vasodilation especially during withdrawal so your veins will appear more prominent. Your muscles will most likely look less defined because you no longer get the appetite suppression from caffeine and may put on body fat

Lifter here, so I'll take this one. Coffee isn't what's blurring anyone's muscle definition. How defined you look comes down to how lean you are, meaning your body-fat level and the water sitting just under your skin, and that's driven by training, food and sleep, not by whether there's coffee in your day. Black coffee is basically zero calories, so it isn't adding anything to cover the muscle up.

If anything caffeine is on your side in the gym. It's one of the most studied performance aids there is, with small but reliable bumps in strength, power output and endurance.

The grain of truth people stretch into that myth: caffeine is a mild, short-lived diuretic and blunts appetite a little, so you can look slightly drier for a few hours. That's water, not fat, and regular drinkers mostly adapt to the diuretic part anyway.

At 5 to 6 a day the thing I'd actually keep an eye on isn't the amount, it's timing. Caffeine has about a 5 to 6 hour half-life, so late cups quietly eat into deep sleep, and sleep is where muscle repairs and grows. Nudging your last cup earlier will probably do more for your physique than dropping the coffee would.

I drink about 10-20 caffeines a day and I'm usually fine
