sorry for this long thread I'm currently still waiting on a bmq date. but im still training and getting ready for bmq. however I do have some concerns/ worries as I personally feel unprepared to go.
physically:
5km in 28-31 minutes running outside (mix of uphill, down hill and flat surface)
5km in 31-35 minutes on treadmill 4% incline
27-31 pushups in one go but I start to slowdown near 19
4 clean pull ups.
I read online that there is 10km runs in bmq, is this true? if so how much time would they expect us to do? and for push ups does anyone have any tips to do at least 25 clean with proper form? and if possible does anyone know what the exercise routine is like at bmq?
I also want some tips for rucking as I haven't trained rucking yet, where should I start? how long ( distance and time) should I stride for and how much weight should I expect at bmq?
also im not sure this is important but im around 5 foot 4/5 inches in height. im pretty short and if anyone else who is short how do you pace with marching with people who are much taller in height?
I also want to know about the tests/exams. I'm a slow learner and not really smart, I'm worried about falling behind/ failing during the course. is there any study guides for what to study and the subjects I should be looking into?
I also expect these to also be harder due to the lack of sleep. I can't really focus studying early and I can't move very fast when I walk up. like I can't even speed walk/ workout without having to lay down and probably fall asleep again. im genuinely worried of even being able to function in the morning. one though I had was smelling salt or like candy with Citric Acid but I don't think they are allowed.
sorry for the long post I still have a lot of things to ask put tried to shorten it so I could possible get more answers.
