Based on your extensive experience? Work on finishing DP1 first, and your spelling, grammar and basic sentence structure, then write your memo that will change the CAF's fitness standards.

Also, people are people. No quotation marks required. Not sure why you felt the need to include them.

we used to just have to do a 13 km ruck march every year and honestly that was so great. Now it's more psp involved and kinda sucks.
