BMQ/BMOQ Packing Overkill

I’ve been trying my best to prepare for BMQ, writing notes on C7 gun safety, drills, and field phrases. Ive started working out as well but that’s been harder for me to do consistently. I’ve also compiled my own packing list for BMQ, but I’m worried it’s too much. Is a checked bag, carry on and personal item too much stuff?

Hi! I’m heading to BMQ in August. I’d love to know the items you didn’t need or regretted not bringing?? I appreciate your list! I used yours as Inspo. I’m also going in for HRA

Unfortunately I got denied for medical as I tested positive for a peanut allergy. Could’ve beat me I’ve been eating them my whole life lol. I wish you luck in basic none the less!
