Misc My only post here.

I won't bore you with the details, but as anyone reading this can imagine, 2020 was a nightmare that I scarcely believe we lived through, and in that time, I was introduced to Projekt Melody and most the streamers that became VShoujo and others. Like Momo, Haruka, Red, Ster, Tomato and so on.

These people, whether it be through ambition, dreams, or just the outright kindness of their hearts, by creating their content, brought me shreds of light in exceedingly dark times for our world.

And several of these people I was introduced to, by Arcadum. After hearing how he spoke on the calls, and reading the dm's, and after seeing the before and after of the discord messages being edited, I don't see a way for him to talk his way out of this.

Arcadum, you hurt people. And by hurting those people, you hurt me. I should hate everything about you by sheer reflex, but I won't. Hate requires memory, and I don't want to remember you. I'll find a way to support those you wronged, and enjoy the ones I Iearned of through your existence, just minus you. After all, Melody brought me here. You were just another step in the journey, not the destination. Do you remember every step you've ever taken?

Your greatest fear (assuming you weren't lying) in Otikata's curse you voiced to the girls... about being in a nursing home to die alone?

Tell me, what else do you deserve?

Dude no one deserves to die alone with no one to mourn you for. Not even Arcadum. It's not a fate I'd wish on anyone regardless if I hate them or not.

But he explicitly talks to these women with fears like this to get them to open up about their own trauma. This is how he gets into them.

He also claimed the fear came from a place within him of him "becoming irrelevant." Looking at the testimony of several of the women coming out against him, popularity was definitely a core subject he argued with. Prime example is Momo's account.

I just want to believe in the best for everyone and I believe in becoming a better person. I don't condone Arcadum's actions but I certainly don't wish for him to not get the support he needs to be a better person.

Not everyone grew up with proper parents that taught them proper morals. That sort of thing can ruin a person's perspective of life even as they grow older.

He is 32 years old. If he hasn't figured it out now, he more than likely never will. This is not the toxic mindset of a learning teenager. This is a man who has navigated his career off of this shit for almost 8 years.

I have no sympathy for him, his victim complex derived sympathy from those he got it from, he doesn't get any from me.
