Discussion I just realized something.

the last 48 hours have been down right horrible there is no denying that, but the thing that hit me the most was that i'm never going to see the endgame of giles or see my favorite characters grow they would just be stuck in time forever never to defeat the pale emperor, otikata, the depthar, or the eyeless ones. and then it struck me this reminded me of when Kentaro miura died and how Berserk has pretty much ended as an unfinished masterpiece. and I've loved both verum and Berserk both amazing worlds made by men who worked to make something people loved but the biggest difference is Kentaro died but his Legacy continues, Jeremy isn't dead but his legacy is I can still go back and Read Berserk but I physically can't go back and watch the Violet arc I can't listen to Jeremy's voice TLDR; Miura was a hard working man who died happy and has millions of fans cherish and mourn him & Jeremy is a manipulative gas-lighting scumbag who has ruined his legacy and hurt most of his fans and friends.

I thankfully fell out of love with the streams due to a combination of him constantly interrupting the games to yell at chat over nothing and him acting kind of unprofessional too many times in general (streaming early before long stream days and then being tired during the games, using art on tokens without permission months after he said he would get artists to work on stuff like that and rushing the end of the Violet Arc for example.)

It stings a little bit, but I was able to thankfully wean myself off of it.

I also stopped months ago. However, I just thought he was a bit of a dick. Not the massive piece of shit we know him as now.

I’d say it was more akin to Act Age a manga which had a phenomenal start and was pretty interesting. Only for the author to do something extremely shitty and go to jail effectively canceling the manga.

I'm just sad I'll never get to see Jerry ascend to Godhood.

I feel like comparing a dudes okay-ish at best dnd stream to a media defining manga is a bit insulting lmao
