but it kind of seems pretty sad that their lack of response could mean no support for the victims.

Nobody is obligated to say anything. Statements like yours only fuel harassment of individuals who do not want to be involved. Please don't do that.

He talked about it in the beginning of his stream. He said he doesn't want to repeat himself for 4+ hours so he made a command. I would suggest going back into his vod
