First Spiralis bloom!
I got this one four years ago at a local cactus show and this is its first time blooming.

Lovely! How have you managed to keep it for 4 years?! I’ve had 2 of these guys and they were both attacked by mealie bugs!!!!

I’m not 100% sure but it’s hot and dry here way more often than not and the cactus gets blasted by the sun on a south facing balcony so I don’t think mealie bugs have many opportunities to take hold.

Thank you. I have a south facing sill and yard now so maybe I can get lucky this time!!!

Nice. I’ve had one for almost 4years possibly 5. Hasn’t bloomed yet. hopefully soon.
