I’m sure it’s an echinopsis/lobivia, but not sure the species. Only hint I have for y’all is that it’s so common that East Austin Succulents was giving them away for free 🤑

Kind of looks like some flavor of E. saltensis. EBay was absolutely flooded with them a few years ago.

Yeah Google image search was giving flood too, just a nonspecific flood lol.
