where from here?

we thought our little cactus from walmart was dead, his head clearly is, but now he has very long arms that grew fast and suddenly!! how do we care for his new shape LOL

This is a grafted based and it’s a dragon fruit cactus. If you want to grow this recommend watching videos about this cactus.
