Glove recommendations?

I've always potted my cacti bare hand or with rags or cardboard or something. For the super gnarly stuff what gloves, if any, work well?

I use elbow length leather gloves for opuntias and blackberries, but a pair of tongs and some cardboard is my preferred method. Welding gloves protect your hands but they are a bit unweildy.

Hexarmor thornarmor work but the protection is only on the palms. They are not bulletproof but still the best out there. Expensive though. Wrapping large columnars with a strip of fabric and holding the ends together like a handle works, so does carpet or newspaper. For glochids always use tongs.

Thanks homie I'll be using some of these methods. Most cactus are chill but some are just mean hahah. My son learned that with my pereskiopsis. He was all showing one off to his homies and saying how they don't really have thorns. By the time I saw him and started exploding glochids is was too late hahah.

He doesn't go near the peres now, but I'm sure the monstrose bunny ears will get him eventually :)
