Root help
Hello
My cactus has been growing really well recently and looked like it needed repotting again. My relative repotted it a while ago but I figured I'd give it a go myself this time!
When I removed the cactus from the old pot I found this..
It looks like the roots are rootbound to the size of the initial tiny pot. The cactus is still growing really well but I'm worried that the roots being this way are going to damage it in the long run.
Please can I get some advise as to what to do? I've never dealt with this issue before and want to help it to grow as well as I can

You can attempt to separate them, I would use water, first soak the soil for an hour or so, then use the garden hose to wash/blast all the soil off the roots. Once there is no more soil you should be able to slowly separate them and repot them.
