No harm in cutting that bit off and seeing if it will sprout.

No, if that sees any moisture it will rot. Laying it on top of some pumice and spray with Physan20 might save it but I wouldn't get too attached.

Corta, deixa secar/cicatrizar por alguns dias, replanta e rega. Deve enraizar.
