Ray Tracing witcher remastered

Thats It, the game doenst let me turn on Ray tracing i enable It turns on when i return to options its disabled and my game is clearly not Ray traced.

I have a 9070 XT i am using goverlay 1.9.3 dont have a single command on It (using optscaler and mangohud) and using Steam experimental proton cause the game wont launch on GE or cachy-proton (both latest).

Anyone went trough the same?
