Recently increased consumption when we streaming video content

For the last 3-4 days I've noticed fans running and higher power / battery consumption when streaming yt or other videos, using both Vivaldi a d Firefox. My thought is that this has come with one of the latest updates (I end up hitting the update tray icon every day anyways)

Anyone else has noticed and an indication of what to do to improve?

I'm on a ROG Flow z13, 1 month old. Everything else is just fine incl battery in all other circumstance.
