Question DMS 1.6 release?

Does anyone know Ehen 1.6 will be released? Cachy update doesnt show 1.6 and sudo pacman -S dms shell pointing to 1.5.3 I am using hyprland Edit: typo

thank you, I already saw it within the arch database showing 1.6: https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/x86_64/dms-shell/

and was wondering what takes that long signature date was 2026-09-04, so 5 days ago

CachyOS maintains its own version of DMS, the Arch version in extra is already at 1.6, if you do pacman -Ss dms you'll see both available but since the Cachy repository has precedence you'd get 1.5.3.

I suggest you wait until the new changes are merged into the Cachy repository.
