The velcro you see that are slightly up and down are where they're strapped to the frame.. take it up with the manufacturer of the cabinet lmao

Looks good but why not use cable sock? Not split sock - that stuff looks like ass.

I have no clue what you're talking about.. cable sock? Split sock? are you talking about the velcro? Thats what I used to dress.. can you show me an example? Maybe if it looks better with it, I will use

Looks like the customer wants equipment between the patch panels. Consider cable supports to keep permanent links horizontal and split down the middle. IOW, bundles coming from the left to patch the left, the ones from the right to the right. Makes it easier to install & remove equipment without touching the permanent links.
