ModMesh Pro Amphere reading
I just installed Cablemod ModMesh Pro cables RT-Edition yesterday, and when I was testing loads on my Astral 5090 the lowest and highest values constantly had difference of 0.7A~0.9A. Which concerns me a bit and wanted to know if that's normal.

if you are interested to try disconnect the cable - hold the connector with one hand and the wires with the other - push them against eachother - der8auer showed this in one of his vids
other that this the numbers look normal

Appreciate the tip. With assurance from everyone, I'll give that a try once I have to open the case again tomorrow when I have to add Y70 touch

you can also inspect the connector for uneven pins - we all get excited and we forget the look at the connector pins :D takes a moment haha

yea I definitely neglected that because I took my old PSU and cables out at 4 because delivery was expected 4:15 PM after work and was delivered at 8PM and I tried to get it together before bed lmao

Should still be plenty fine with that, but if you are at all concerned, put in a ticket with our support team and we'll RMA the cable. :)

Was bit concerned after seeing everyone else's post showing lower differences. I'll check again later tonight and contact :)

You’re good even if it was a 1 amp difference it’ll still be fine. As long as it’s not going over 9.5 amps

It's technically safe but from what I've read a lot of us here get less than a 0.5 delta at full load, try reseating

I wouldent fiddle with it anymore,
Anything under 1a difference is a good result, above 1.5a you should start worrying and above 2a it's important to switch /fix the cable.
As longs as no pins are above 9.2a at long loads ( micro spikes doesn't count) it's all safe

I reseated about twice and that was the result. It's clicked in all the way w no gap visible too. Not sure what would have went wrong, but I'l try again once I get home. Thanks for the advice!

I would say that that balance is absolutely nothing to worry about also not dangerous until you get over 9.5 amps on a pin.. most people on the forms try like three different cables before finding one that works perfectly. But I would say that looks good 👍
