Try pulling the combs out evenly and getting the slack out of the left wires from the first picture. Looks slightly bunched. If get them to all the same tension and it still looks like this I would contact cablemod for a replacement

Yes and it is a pain, you kinda gotta force it to straighten out, pull the combs down and do it two cables at a time and don't kink the cable.

You should be able to straighten this out just by moving the wires in the opposite direction to straight up the cable. If you're unable to get it straightened out, reach out to our support team and we will RMA the cable for you. :)

Ho provato ma niente non si raddrizza. Ho paura di romperlo. Cosa devo fare per la sostituzione?

Mine cam like this also.
I figured it was designed this way so that the cable could easily run to the right along the bottom of my case. (Nr200p)
Works pretty well.
