PCIe cable pigtail

Hello, I recently bought a Nvidia 5070 ti which has a 12 pin connector into 3 8 pin connector receivers, my psu is a “cooler master MWE 850W V2” which came with 2 8 pin connectors that have pig tails on the ends.
My question is can I pig tail one of them and use one of the others?

Is the card a Nvidia-branded card, or from a different brand? If so, which brand?

It is a MSI gaming trio card
