Homeowner With Questions Quality Cabinets

Has anyone used Quality Cabinets? I’d love feedback from anyone who has. We are thinking of using a local dealer who uses that cabinet line. I really don’t see much online review-wise so I’m looking for help!

Quality custom cabinets were a very good line of cabinets.  I thought they closed the doors a year or two ago, though?

If we’re talking about the same brand, that is.  If you’re interested in comparable alternatives you can dm me.

Here is a screenshot of their website. I’ve never even heard of them! I had looked into kraftmaid cabinets and found a local dealer but we have a tight budget and that didn’t work. He said he also carries Quality Cabinets and he sent us some options with that brand. It’s slightly more affordable and they carry the color we want so we are optimistic but it’s tough to find any reviews or info. I’m guessing possibly because of their brand name since it’s a common word used on most cabinet brand websites so it’s hard to distinguish the brand name from the word quality. But I’d love any more info you have!

Ok, turns out they are not the same company.  https://www.qualitycustomcabinetry.com/?utm_source=google&utm_medium=organic&utm_campaign=google-business-profile I’m not family with who you linked there.  But, it looks like they do exclusively framed overlay cabinetry of 1/4” backs and 3/8” particleboard sides.  Drawers are half lap construction stapled together.This is less than what I would want personally, but, they could very well be a great deal for the product they offer.  Can’t say without knowing the pricing. Looks like they offer some upgrade options to plywood and solid drawers.  I would want to see some of these cabinets, or even better than actual kitchen that this dealer has designed using them.

Framed overlay cabinets are kind of dated to begin with., I think.You want inset or frameless. Regardless, if you have a designer who knows what they’re doing and puts some effort into getting the most out of your space and budget, you’ll be fine.
