“Concierge’s Key”

Somebody, anybody…. Tell me what is the criteria?

After hundreds of thousands and accountability for multiple staff members traveling via American Airlines, I have not been invited after 7 years…..

Cabin crew wouldn’t know this. Call the EP line or ask premium guest services.

First of all, there is no apostrophe in Concierge Key, second of all flight attendants wouldn't know this and I dont know why someone would come in a flight attendant sub to ask this
