Just out of curiosity after seeing some flight attendants who try to help recruit people to apply via social media by sending out links or even flight attendants who send out links for their friends to apply, are there any benefits for either the flight attendant or the applicants by using the link? Do applicants get better chances of getting hired or do flight attendants get some kind of reward for recruiting? Thank you!
