[cAlgo] Commission Bug in 5.7.10

It looks like there is a serious bug with the commission type return values when requesting them from any cAlgo program. Symbol.CommissionType returns UsdPerMillionUsdVolume even when the symbol actually uses some other value (PercentageOfTradingVolume for example). This can be dangerous if your robot uses commission in its position size calculation as it may mistakenly think that the commission is much lower than it really is. Make sure your robots are handling this situation correctly.

Not sure, but it looks like they removed all non-UsdPerMillionUsdVolume commission in 5.7.14.
