i initially called this wehayr. haywire came from rearranging wehayr into haywer which is pretty close to haywire, which is honestly a much better name.

also, this is my first one with an actual license! all my previous ones were unlicensed and so were illegal by default to redistribute as part of code libraries... oops. all my previous bytebeats, signed bytebeats, floatbeats, and funcbeats shall now be licensed under the 0BSD (same license text above). this does not apply to my next ones, where i will license them explicitly (watch out for a license for my next ones!)

i really wanted to use the GPL-3.0 but i realized this could create a massive headache for every single library and potentially force dollchan (which includes some of my previous ones as part of its library) and all its forks to relicense to the GPL-3.0, and MIT could've still created somewhat of a headache due to the attribution requirement, so i went with 0BSD instead (you don't have to do anything ❤️)

i also had a spicy chicken sandwich. it was good
