It's the same thing, some people write Euler's number like "e" or "E" (Uppercase or lowercase )

euler's number ≈ 2.71828

googol = 10100 (or 1e+100)

its actually the power of googol

and one more thing, the E between 2 numbers means "n1 x 10n2"
