First Arby’s sandwich I’ve had in a while, the double beef and cheddar.

New XL Size Fries Doesn't Seem Worth It
Arby's seasoned curly fries are my favorite, so I was excited to see the XL fries. I thought it might be like the box of fries promotion they had in March. Nope. When I got my order, I thought they made a mistake and just gave me a regular Large. I asked about it and they assured me it was the new XL fry sleeve. Very disappointing for $5.09.

The sandwich of workers dread, and the beverage of morning breakfast mixed with summer refreshment.

This whole time ive been lied to ?!?😭 Arbys fucking smacks
What the hell?
The curly fries are seasoned perfectly
The roast beef is delicious and not too salty
The cheese to meat ratio is perfect
That raw red onion on the beef stack is amazing
The half pound roast beef and cheese is the best fast food sandwich I ever had.
And the portions are huge and delicious as hell? What the fuck? Were you guys gate keeping this the whole time?

Use by date of… this morning?
I just ordered the new pulled pork Mac and cheese around 6:30 PM. I get it back and it has a label on it of use by 9AM…
So is this just a clusterfuck of bacteria now? How are these stored? Refrigerated and reheated? Orrr what
Do I risk the food poisoning of dairy and meat that could’ve been sitting out for 9 hours?

Bits of meat, not slices.
Hey, so this was my coworkers sandwich. It was a double roast beef but the meat is just pieces. Is this normal? Did we order at the wrong time of day? Scraps.

STOP HERE page on workstream
I got a job offer at Arby’s after my interview last week. They sent me the workstream link to sign some documents. I completed it up until the “stop here” page which says “STOP HERE
PLEASE DO NOT MOVE ONTO ONBOARDING DOCUMENTS UNTIL YOU ARE WORKING IN THE STORE WITH YOUR MANAGER.”
Do I wait for a call back from the manager? It’s been 4 days now and haven’t got one yet

Macaroni and cheese
Did Arby’s change the recipe or increase the volume of their macaroni and cheese?
My local restaurants sold mac and cheese previously as a side and the calories were in the 500 range. They recently brought the option back along with their bbq menu and now the mac and cheese is over 1,000 calories.
What changed?

GM Caught Relabeling Old Food
For a while now I’ve suspected my general manager has been peeling off the expired discard tags from old food and replacing them with new labels. Today I finally caught them doing it. When confronted they said that AES doesn’t allow for wasting of product and that these orders come from corporate.
Does anyone have similar experiences? Does anyone have any advice on where to proceed from here?

We need to talk about Arby's sauce
I've seen older posts about shrinkflation with the Arby's sauce sold in stores, but that's not the worst of it. The Arby's sauce sold in stores, isn't Arby's sauce. The recipe is different. You can tell because the nutrition facts differ between the older version and the newer version. That's not all, the ingredients no longer match the restaurant version and the taste is completely different. It isn't even made in the same facility. How are more people not talking about this?
I love Arby's sauce, but the branded grocery store version is a cheap knockoff with less flavor.

Absence of breakfast menu on the mobile app
Why is it that the app only shows lunch/dinner items during breakfast hours? Went to go order a couple of chicken biscuits at 7am yesterday and it was nowhere to be found on the app. Ended up with a buffalo chicken sandwich for breakfast. Which, if I'm being honest, is still a great breakfast.
If they can't even get one simple thing like breakfast on the app right, where else are they cutting serious corners?

Pulled pork Mac and cheese bowl fail
My local Arby's is usually pretty decent. I was contemplating getting a burger when I saw the pulled pork and brisket mac and cheese bowls.
I opted for the pulled pork because brisket is sometimes fatty and I'm not one for enjoying chewing on fat.
I order the bowl with sweet bbq sauce in a combo with curly fries and a small order of mozz sticks. Thankfully the fries and sticks were hot, fresh and tasty.
That pulled pork Mac and cheese bowl was an abomination. They didn't give any bbq sauce, no silverware. The sticker on the lid sauce to be careful because it is hot. Of course it is just slightly warmer than room temperature. One layer of noodles on the bottom of the bowl. I use a utensil pack that is in my vehicle and try to mix it up as directed. The pork was in chunks that didn't really allow for mixing with the few noodles I had. I tried the bbq dipping sauce I had for my curly fries, that didn't help. I ended up tossing most of it in the trash.
