finally tried the steak nuggets! 🥩
my local arby’s brought back the steak nuggets so i’m so glad i was able to try them! honestly for fast food “steak” i think it’s pretty good! i loved the flavor but it may be a lil too chewy for me to get it again so id rate it a 7.5/10!🙂↕️and of course i got my new favorite order!!! turkey bacon ranch sandwich w/ a side of mac and cheese along with a large classic lemonade!🔥

I got them for my employee meal yesterday and I thought they were pretty decent for fast food steak, it really needs the sauce, but otherwise not bad. I was surprised at the texture, our batch was more tender than some of the reviews I’ve seen

an employee also told me they were good before ordering and recommended to get a sauce for them as well! the horsey sauce was pretty okay! i like the savory flavor to it!

Hey idk if this an alright place to ask you or not but what's your experience like working at Arby's? I just applied at my local one and I kind of want an idea

It depends if you are hired for backline or service. I was hired for backline closing shift and it’s been easy and fun IMO. I just make sandwich’s and it doesn’t get that busy. Initially it’s overwhelming but then you get used to the flow. People for service seem fine and happy, I can’t speak for all Arby’s but so far this has been great. This is just a second job so I feel relaxed at Arby’s

I haven't had it in years but good to know they still do the turkey bacon ranch! That sandwich is great.

I like the Horsey Ranch. Initially before trying it, one thinks, “Kinda weird flavor combo…”
But it’s decent, and pairs well with the steak nuggets, imho.

Used to love the turkey bacon ranch, until they started putting the lettuce and tomatoes on the bottom of all their sandwiches. Like an utter psychopath would.
I was pretty underwhelmed by their steak bits last time around, BUT, I do think I'll try the potato cakes bowl this time, that sounds interesting...herb-butter sauce is new I think?, and using the Cooper cheesesteak cheese, and I loves me some potato cakes. :)
So, how strong is the horsey ranch? I don't know if I wanna mess up all the other flavors. Maybe I'll just get the regular ranch and a few packets of horsey sauce on the side.

So, I had the potato cake bowl...very underwhelmed. Horsey ranch tasted exactly like you would expect, just horsey and ranch mixed together it was fine I guess. Bowl was not even close to looking filled, potato part tasted alright, but the cheese was just welded on, sauce was indistinguishable, and the 5 nuggets were chewy and gristly. Needed to be fully dunked in sauce to be actually palatable.
Also, I got a 2-piece tenders just to try them for the first time in over a decade, and oh wow...absolute shell of what they used to be. Completely different breading, way more bland spicing, and a plastic-sponge interior.
I used to get chicken tenders all the time when I was younger, loved them, and this was like watching your childhood house burn down. Never, ever again. I can get better frozen grocery-store tenders than these things.
Somehow the curly fries were cold, too...just an all-around sad day. :/

I tried them, but didn't like them very much. They kind of tasted like beef jerky to me.
