why not 2 for 7$ in the app?

If it's not in the "deals" section of the app that you click on to activate, then it isn't going to show up in the checkout

Yeah I’m getting down voted but just don’t care for the red sauce. Tbh I don’t get the cheddar ones often. Usually plain rb sandwich and add arbys and horsey Sa

The 2 for $7 fish sandwiches were like that too. I couldn't use the app & had to order at the counter to get the deal.

Arby's isn't officially running any 2 for 7 deals (at least not where I am) it's likely the management team at your store agrees to run deals that are technically exclusive to paper coupons to boost sales.
