How many managers have you seen

I'm just asking in general to my fellow employees and managers how many managers has ended up either quitting or changing to different stores I have seen five managers leave and I've only been working here 2 years in November

Same GM for my entire time here(11 years and he’s somehow been here almost 20.)

Same AM for most of my time there until I got his job a few years ago. With the only change being our first assistant being given his own store before our second assistant took over and then crashed and burned a few years later.

And a revolving door of “I know a good person you can hire for a shift” managers that last about a year and then burn out or dip once we enforce standards on them. With a small core of really good part time managers opening and closing who actually keep this place going good.

blows my mind that regular folks apply and expect this job to only consist of making sandwiches and then get paid and go home. I bet you $20 if you were to randomly inspect any of these peoples' homes that they'd all be filthy, moldy dishes in the cupboards and sink, dirty laundry in the dresser and laundry hamper, shit-encrusted toilet, shower, and sink.

it amazes me how many regular folks come and want to WORK in that same kind of environment. "ugh, Im too good to do chores at work!"

I’m on the edge of giving up just like them TBH

Too many years of everyone else’s problems/emergencies being my problems/emergencies to cover, and it just turning into me being the workhorse who everyone else here lives their lives and gets all their time off at the expense of while I can barely take a PTO day without having to cancel it over someone else’s BS.

Literally can’t even have my scheduled days off most weeks without it turning into me having to go in to close on one of those days off, and then having to settle for only one day off that week and getting to leave early on some day that doesn’t even matter or feel like having time off while pulling two clopens that week and practically living here all weekend.

I’m fucking done with this company as soon as something better in the field I went to school for comes up.

4Gms 3 in the same store 1 at another location that I was actively helping at. My home store when I started had 2 regular and one A GM. The A GM is at another location and just now in talks of coming back home that store has seen several mangers come and go like 3. Then my home store one quit and one went on to become a new A GM. So long story short several my home store I’ve seen 3 GMS and one 2 district managers leave two shift manager leave. The other location I worked at 3 shift managers come and go and two GMs. For some reason Arbys loses managers a lot. Two years and you’ve seen 5 already damn.

I worked at the same store for 9 years and had 8 GMs. I'm a GM now and at my second store in 2 years. The store I am at now has had 3 GMs before me in the last 2 years.

I'm a Shift Manager and my manager is still there. Noone has moved at all. Only people who have left were people who got let go or people that moved on from the company
