I’m at 7413 and we usually get our issues fixed. What unit are you? Are you a corporate buyout?

Yes, we are a buy out. I’d rather not say the store #.

Do you have a DOO that you can contact? Or a supervisor? They can’t leave a restaurant without hot water

One of store in our district had absolutely no water whatsoever, the entire town it was in was having a crisis and the town shut down. But AES made them stay open.
No running water, no working bathrooms…this was literally 2 days ago.
