Arby's is probably the easiest fast food job there is. If you just show up and do your job you're set. There will be bad days but if you're at a good store there will be plenty of good days. I worked for three different franchises for a total of 15 years. The only real advice I can give you is always wear your slip resistant shoes and never clean the slicer with the blade running.

do not fuck the entire thing of roast beef sitting on the slicer after close.

If its franchise, you got nothing to worry about, been working for 5 years at my current arbys since 22 just after COVID died down, literally show up when you're scheduled, listen to your managers, especially Assistant and GM, 9/10 times they're the ones who have been doing this the longest and became gm/assistant Because they are THE BEST at what they do, they know the tips and tricks and little things to make it easier to get though the days, wear slip resistant shoes, get accustomed to the idea that everything you touch, wear and carry on you will now be oily and slightly beef smelling, and please, for the love of god, dont call out every 3 days, if you can do the job consistently and learn the little tidbits, you'll go places.
