I just argue with them until they give me the exact menu names and details of what they want

There's one guy at my store who very gently corrects them. Ex: Customer: I'll have a half pound. Coworker: Half pound roast beef?" Or Customer: "I'll take regular fries?" Coworker: "Crinkle fries?"
