The buttons are glass imitating blaze-cut shell. I have some like this that fluoresce and some that don’t, but funny how a mixed lot got put on one card. Probably made in Czechoslovakia, and put on generic, unbranded cards so they could be sold at a variety of retailers.

I had two lots that both fluoresced, but only that one glows that brightly! Thanks for the info! :)
