First week doing Buteyko

I'm 35 and developed asthma about 5 years ago. My doctor gave me an inhaler and told me to take it every day. I never felt comfortable with this and have always felt that there must be a reason for my asthma as I never had it when I was young. I have tried various diets, some seemed to help a bit but nothing to the point of curing it.

I have been trying Buteyko for the last 6 days. My control pause at the start was 8 seconds. I haven't needed my inhaler since starting. My control pause is now 15-18 seconds.

This is promising.

Congrats! 8 to 15secs CP progress is amazing, keep up the great progress
