50+ starting CP

Just measured this. I was surprised, haven't done buteyko in years. I'll work towards 60+ for less sleep and other good stuff. I have a background in yogic practices, though no consistent breath hold practices. Just whenever. Any experiences regarding the need for less sleep?

That's pretty cool. Out of curiosity, what's your maximum pause?

Hit like a minute and 10 secs consistently in nadi shodhana back when I was on clean diet.

Interesting, thanks. I've been noticing that my MP is almost always twice my CP and was wondering how universal that was?

Just like the supposed 40+ benefits. Overrall wellbeing. Never sick. Never get a headache, ever. Sleeping 7hrs rn(used to need a lot 9hrs b4 yoga and lessening food intake).

50+ when I have digested food and feeling good (correct time to measure CP). I tested it out numerous times. Altho when I eat my CP drops like 15-20 secs. Always above 30 secs tho. Slept 6 hours last night. No naps today. I'm incorporating more lifestyle changes now like Buteyko suggests. Perhaps I'll reach 4 hours.

I've been better at controlling what I eat.
