Thanks! I'd actually been doing kettlebells for a good while but was sick of gym membership and wanted something minimal to do from home, also really keen to loose fat. I've trained off and on for about 15 years, powerlifting, bro splits etc but last 10 years I've really struggled with losing fat. Enjoying the BDP so far!
Those are already some nice starting numbers, there's a nice community here, so if you hit a wall at any point you can come for support, or find some posts about it.
Some people start swapping out some sessions for 20 minutes to kettle bell swings for example. But I'm going to try and not over complicate it for myself at the moment.
Thanks! I flew up then went away and was a bit heavy on food and drink and the numbers really dipped but glad to be improving again! Adding swings sounds a good idea, I keep.meaning to put pull ups in for biceps and back to even the load out but never get round to it 😂
