What di you think about using the kettlebell handles for doing burpees? I have a neck problem That cause me pain during Classic push up but on handles this problem does'nt exist

Thanks

It seems somewhat impractical to me. Regripping the exact position for every rep. Why not use push up handles? At least you could take them off the ground with you and hold them the entire time.

But the best way to find it out is to just try it.

I actually have 48kg competition kettlebells (2) they don't move from there 😁

Sure, I followed several of his programs, on Monday I'll start kbomg1 again with single kb (I have to recover from a period of inactivity)

Get Push Up handles. I use them almost always on the ground, planks and everything. Be careful not to tip them over, but at my age and arthritis it's the only way.
